Wheels designed with ball bearings and shock-absorbing springs. Easy to open or close with or without stroller seat attached. Push handle with multi-position angle adjustment and detachable drink/bottle holder. 3-position height adjustment on chassis for the bassinet of stroller seat. Skate carriage bassinet is newly designed with spacious padded interior (internal dimensions 30.5" X 13"). Can be used as a portable bassinet with convenient carrying handles. Accommodates up to 19.8 pounds. Skate stroller seat is newly designed with tailored look and extra room for the child. Comfortable "Tilt in Space" recline adjustment. Reverses to face forward or back. Accommodates up to 45 pounds. Comes fully accessorized and also includes large hood, leg cover boot and rain cover that fits both the bassinet and stroller seat. We owned a few Peg Perego strollers, carseats and high chairs and the skate is by far the best one ever.  I give it a 5 star for all the bells and whistles, baby loves it, very comfy.  The Bassinet is roomy the 2010-2011 models have no difference but the fabrics, other than that they are both awesome.  The wheels glide with ease, very easy to push around, once you own a skate you will never want to look at another one.  I will buy another one in a heart beat and $699 is an awesome price, compared to the Bugaboo overpriced and they mislead you with what it comes with.. You have to purchase all the accessories seperately, by the time you buy everything you have spent over $1500 for nothing and its ugly.  The Skate is well made, very sturdy and the handle bars are awesome.  I am a tall person and I have no problem with the height.  Can be adjust to go up and down.  The seat that it comes with is very sturdy and heavy duty, the fabric is not hot hot nor will it make the baby sweaty, well mine doesnt sweat she is very comfy in it, and the 5 point harness is a major upgrade.  The last reviewer was right, should have come with skate tray and bassinet for the price.  Overall the skate gets a 5 star!!! Best investment ever.
